The environment in which your business operates changes every day. Sometime in huge ways, like a recession or a trade war or COVID-19. Usually, however, it’s a series small but important changes that are far less obvious. A new competitor, a new regulation, a trend, fluctuating prices, a new technology… and so much more.

No matter the cause, as business owners, our job is to continually monitor the world around our business and re-imagine our own position within it. Changing tactics or even pivoting the whole business are a natural part of the growth journey. The more prepared you are for the changes, the better able you are to make strategic changes that lead to growth and success.
